deep sea fishing trip

fishing trip told by Grandpa:
Fishing out of Port St. Joe, Florida on a 55 foot vessel under pristine weather conditions on the Lady J II, the Littles and the Sheppards caught a limit of red snapper, grouper, amber jack and black fin snapper for a total of 267 pounds of excellent table fare fish. We fished approximately 50 miles off shore in 100-150 feet of water using live bait, squid, and frozen mackerel. This was a 12 hour trip fishing with Captain Danny Tankersley and his son First Mate Jacob. Captain Danny has a reputation of being one of the finest off shore fishermen in Florida, and after this trip we all believe it. As you will see from the photos the Gag Grouper caught by Ryan Little is bigger than the newest Little named, Luke. Also witnessed were sea turtles, leaping dolphins, flying fish, and posibly a marlin devouring a school of bate fish. From Grandpa's perspective who has fished for over 50 years, this was the most exciting trip he ever had.
